Applying pressure using hands, feet, elbows, palms, forearms and thumbs, these techniques work through the layers of the body using compression, rolling, beating and more to achieve deep tissue release.
Using targeted, precise stretches these techniques are great at increasing range of motion in the joints, releasing bound up fascia and creating more space and mobility in the body.
These stretches are a great antidote to many hours spent at desks and in front of computers and phones, improving poor posture and creating a greater sense of ease in the body...a little bit like very mindful lazy yoga postures!
